We review our processes regularly and treat every piece of customer feedback as an input to the next shipment.
Food safety is protected with the same care at every link of the supply chain. Storage and shipment conditions are set separately for frozen, chilled and dry goods.
Complying with food legislation in force is the minimum; our aim is to work above that bar.
Reducing packaging waste, preventing food waste through the right pack sizes, avoiding unnecessary vehicle movement through shipment planning and watching energy use are part of how we work.
Protecting the health of people working in warehouse and shipment processes is a priority. Teams are briefed regularly and given the equipment required for higher-risk work.
