This policy sets out the principles of the personal data processing carried out by our company under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

It covers our employees, job applicants, customer and supplier representatives, visitors, and third parties who use our website.

Identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, physical premises security and transaction security data are processed according to the nature of the relationship with the data subject.

Personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests, and explicit consent.

Data is kept in a manner connected with, limited to and proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed.

Personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers and authorised public institutions only in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Personal data is retained for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or required for the purpose of processing; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to request correction or deletion, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
